This product increases excitation current by over 30%, significantly improving the transformer's tolerance to DC bias and effectively suppressing iron loss increases under DC bias conditions, reducing transformer heating. The 20SQGD070LN product innovates multiple technologies, breaking through the long-standing industry bottleneck between "low iron loss" and "low noise." While maintaining ultra-low iron loss performance, it reduces noise levels by 3 to 4 decibels, making it the quietest scalable soft magnetic material of its grade globally.
